| National hospice provider is seeking an experienced and passionate Director to lead their Hospice program in the area.
The Hospice Director organizes and directs the hospice functions with overall responsibility of day-to-day program operations. The Director will carry out the organization's purposes in a manner consistent with the goals, objectives, and policies of the Hospice.
Responsibilities will include:
Organize and direct all services and functions of the Hospice program, focusing strongly on managing expenses and growing the business.
Work with the Clinical Management team to ensure effective management of the clinical delivery of care.
Work with the corporate office to develop the annual operating budget and long-range expenditure plans while assuring responsibility for financial operation of the office
Maintain compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Ideal Executive Director background and experience will include:
Bachelors’ Degree in healthcare-related field is preferred.
Several years of experience functioning as an Administrator or Director in the long term care arena
Prior successful business development experience, driving business results
