Requirments: RN, BSN with 5 years case management experience, and management of core measure projects; must be a strong leader. Knowledge of current nursing principles, management principles, as well as hospital organization and operations. Working knowledge of JCAHO standards for Utilization Management, Social Work and Performance Improvement.
